Content, it’s so important, here at Zuitte we constantly encourage our clients to relentlessly produce content about their website, at least once a day.

Vlogs, blogs, podcasts, or stories, showcasing their website and its products or services must be a priority. However, producing content takes effort and creativity. For many users of Zuitte, they would rather focus on creating or improving the product or service, giving the excuse that they lack inspiration for making content. We are going to throw this excuse out the window and help you with some tips on how to prepare and stay motivated every day to produce content.

Preparation

So, the website is up and running, the product or service is ready for sale, and now you’re thinking “what should I write about or post on social media?” You feel stuck, not knowing what to produce, there doesn’t seem to be anything coming to mind. Well, have no fear, since you’re already passionate about the website’s product or service, most likely there are concepts you have thought about that are interesting to share. Write these ideas or thoughts down on a notepad and accumulate them over the week. Any discussion you have with friends, family, or critics that spark interest in the site should also be written down. After a week you should have a list of +10 ideas. This isn’t that hard once you get into the routine of doing this. Once you have a list of ideas accumulated over the past week, you won’t have any trouble using them to satisfy daily posts over the next week of content. If you still catch figure out what to write or record out of a nice list of concepts, issue a poll to the audience. Just go on LinkedIn or other social media and ask the audience what they would like or find most interesting next.

Now when it comes to actual content production, know what points you want to convey to your audience. If you’re recording a video or podcast, a poster board or sheet of paper with all the bullet points you want to touch on will maximize the value of information shared with viewers and listeners. Include as much data or research in the content to express that you’re the central figure or expert on the subject.

Motivation

According to Statista, over 3.6 billion people use social media, and this number is only growing. Thus, posting at least stories on social media is really important because the market reach is huge! Remember to use Zuitte’s detailed research and analytics tool to find the optimized keywords that should be used in your content. These keywords are going to help you rank up quickly and start attracting customers from the competition.

Building a list of ideas per week shouldn’t take long, 60 minutes total tops. The discussion of topics with friends, family, or co-workers will take up more time, which again is something you should also record especially if the conversations are intriguing. This way not only will you have a list of ideas to talk about, but a discussion is already underway which probably covers a third or half of what you’re going to produce! Sun Tzu — “the battle is won before it is fought”, thanks to recording these conversations you can relax knowing much of the work is done before production. Just remember to keep jotting things down. Sticking to a rigorous content marketing routine via social media and website blogs will pay dividends years down the road. To help in your road to online success consider Zuitte.
